How it started
A £6 bet built this team.
In 2008, our founder Ainsley put £6 on a Lucky 15 accumulator at Cheltenham racecourse — four horses, fifteen bets. All four came in. The slip paid out £3,500, and every penny of it went straight on matching kit and markers. The colour of the winning horse became the team's green. Its head became the crest.
Since then it's been built on the field, not in a boardroom: pro status in 2018, nine UK Series titles, an NXL Pro Division win in 2025 on home turf in the UK, four NXL Pro podiums, and a Sunday club finish at the NXL World Cup in 2024. We still play the way that bet paid off — committed to every leg, right to the last horse.
